It is recommended to dissolve 5 g/day (daily dose, corresponding to 425 mg of magnesium) of Magnesium Citrate in hot or lukewarm water to reduce preparation time and 2 g (daily dose) of Potassium Citrate in a glass of water or in a drink or smoothie.
